Through the completion of this digital badge assignment, I feel that I have learned some valuable and transferable skills that I can apply to other mediums within the digital world. Initially, I found this assignment quite tricky. I have never considered the amount of work it takes to make and publish a blog and I now have a new found respect for bloggers and blogging as a whole.
Publishing a video of myself for my peers to review was quite the daunting experience, but I found that both giving and receiving feedback was really valuable for my learning and I can now apply what I have learned to better my experiences as an active learner. i found that I have a lot in common with my peers as they also mentioned having trouble completing the assignment but that they found it was worth it in the end, one of my peers suggested that I should have mentioned what I found useful about the assignment, which not looking back is very good advice, I think I was nervous about making the video that I left some information out. I have taken their advice and comments into account and will apply them to my next digital badge assignment as I hope my peers do with the feedback, I have given them. This assignment proved to be an interesting and eye-opening experience.
